We know you're looking for a way to fill your weekend…and likely your stomach. Good news for both: Of Course, Vol. 1 is fixing to fill 'em up. This Sunday at Even Steven’s [psst…story coming on that cool gang, so keep your eye on us, eh?], a $45 a ticket will enable you to fill your face with four stellar courses from four of our local SLC favorites, including [but not limited to] Pallet’s Chef Buzz and Chef Katie Weinner [owner of SLC Pop and current contestant on this season’s Top Chef, y'all]. Of Course will be a sort of kick-off event to the season of giving, and as such, part of the proceeds will benefit charities, including St. Jude Children's hospital, The Wayne Cederholm II Memorial, Best Buddies, Huntsman Cancer Foundation, and the Boys and Girls Club. Get in a good night of merriment, incredible eats, and some kick-ass fellow locals.
