Our Opinion: Talk about a win-win scenario for downtown living. If you want your own space and the idea of shared, common areas in a condo building doesn't appeal to you, this may just be your jam. These townhouse-style condos have separate entrances, separate back patios, and separate 2-car garages. The perks don't end there, though; you also get a modern layout with an open kitchen/living room space and a stellar master bedroom with plenty of closet space and private, master bath. Location is tops -- close to all sorts of food and bevvy options, as well as everything else in the thick of downtown. Not a bad gig for 265k, we say. The last one we sold in here didn't last a week. If we were giving advice, we might say something along the lines of, "Go. Now." See it in-person at our open house, this Saturday from 1 to 3pm.
