Staging is essentially our concerted effort to make sure every space we list and sell is as much a “home” as it is a “house”. While good-bones are undoubtedly important when it comes to property ownership, so too is the soul of a space. Staging opens a window, allowing potential buyers to inspect not just countertops and cabinetry, but also more ethereal aspects of space, to grasp what life in a property might well and truly look like. While impeccably maintained crown molding and original hardwood flooring are unequivocally enviable, it is also important that the casa in question fits the lifestyle of its potential inhabitants. Because, it can be definitively decided whether or not a staged living room is truly conducive to Netflix binges, an empty one, not so much.

Attune to the importance of making "house" feel like "home", Redfin recently wrote an article profiling various staging companies around the country, and to our COLLECTIVE delight, they took notice of yours truly. You can check it here. Peruse away.
