In a shaker over ice, add fresh lemon juice, vodka, and lemonade. Muddle a touch of fresh mint into that mama, then shake it 'til you break it. Poor over ice in a Collins glass, top off with ginger beer, and garnish with lemon wheel and fresh mint for good looks.

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. High West Peach Vodka
1 oz. lemonade
2 oz. ginger beer
1 sprig fresh mint
