While Scott Evans has never been a chef, he's worked in restaurants in every other capacity for most of his life. As such, he's become one of our city's most important restaurateurs. We've been raving fans of Scott (and every joint he's opened) for years, so we thought it apropro that we start with him for our new video series, Salt of the City. This is where we'll highlight those that are changing the Salt Lake for the better and challenging what we think of good food, modern architecture, or art. They're the veritable movers/shakers of our good city, and this guy is leading the charge.
