Mid-century modern design assuredly ranks near the top of our aesthetic fancies, and this "open-house soiree meets warehouse sale" is set to be a combination of architecture and accessories from that magical era that shouldn't be missed. The space in which it’s all taking place is this 1970 stand-out structure from Ron Molen. Priced at $550,000 (and listed by yours truly) the home is up for grabs and--on the evening in question--will be filled with a collection of mid-century furniture finds curated by the owner of Tomorrow’s House (who also happens to own this outstanding space...hence, the perfect interior).

It'll be all eames chairs and tasty fare.

One lucky goer will even walk away with a mid-century prize in the form of a Modernica Case Study Stand (the likes of which will look so good in your house)! This is an all-too-perfect opportunity to shop a collection of some stand-out mid-century wares in one of the most adroitly designed spaces around. See you next Friday!
