Wondering what your home is worth?
Thought you might be. Truth is, the Utah market is still poppin' without any sign of stoppin'. And, while we sling spaces all 365 of the year, we also know that there's something to be said for the tired tomes that "spring has sprung!" and "don't wait--list today!"
And since we, too, are feeling that urge to fling open windows and doors, we're opening ours to you all in a sort of COLLECTIVE open house. Whether you've worked with us in the past or you've merely oogled our Insta feed; whether you're curious about selling your six-bed spread or you honestly just want to once and for all figure out what it is, exactly, that we do...we want to see you. Stop by our South Temple HQ this Saturday, April 7th, between 11:00am and 1:00pm to get familiar with our operation, to get an idea of what your space is worth (it's akin to an appraisal--bring us photos if you have them!), or to simply grab a hug or a handshake. Bring whomever you'd like and whatever real estate or design questions you can muster--we'll do the rest. And, as per usual, light snacks, drinks, and conversation are all guaranteed to be tasty. Maybe it's the thawing snow, the budding blossoms, the way we're not audibly screeching in our cars as we wait for them to warm up in the morning...but something about the springtime months breathes a fresh breath of motivation into so many ongoing searches for that spatial soulmate called "home."
