T.J. and Karen are two of our favorite people for a myriad of reasons. These cool kids are long-time clients, for one: we got them into their current casa a few years ago, and we're about to get them out of it. Cody's also had a solid crush on the bearded fox below for some time, but that may well be another blog. For now, let us assure you all that this cutie-pie couple is having a hard time letting go of this home. They'll be taking their game to Portland in short order [for professional reasons, mind you...they looooove this city, as all good people do], which means you'll have the option of reaping all that they've sown over the last few years. Part of that includes a back yard that's begging for a good time -- T.J. spent the better part of the last year or two whipping it all into shape, and the fabulous result includes a multi-level patio/lawn combo, some tasty landscaping, a Trex deck, and an ever-calming water feature.
