At cityhomeCOLLECTIVE, we love our clients, and it should go without saying that we love their houses, too. So when we get the opportunity to spend some time with both–well, shoot–we’re all set for an evening in.

This particular Holladay casa is sporting both interior square footage aplenty and ample outdoor space, so we were grateful for the opportunity to spend an afternoon of Scrabble, lemonade, and infinitely good convo with the pair who currently reside here. Indoor/outdoor time is easily divided, here. The kitchen and (huge) family room lend themselves to easy conversation and comfortable entertaining (see: aforementioned board game just steps from a cheese platter), and the backyard space is both extremely private and nicely landscaped (Aspen trees included).
