Often times, creating a spot that feels “right” has little to do with abundant square footage and state of the art convenience. Instead, it’s the sensory experience—how we perceive and interact with a space—that can truly set it apart from the pack.

The digs in question have more than enough character to outweigh any home theatre.

Tall ceilings, picture frame windows, a choice fireplace, and exposed brick walls are some of the “good bones” this adobe boasts and, when the current owner decided it was time to move on, we got the chance to see all this vintage charm in action. Safe to say, this one entertains. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all viable spots to post up with a book or a cheese board and, consequently, picking a favorite nook here is almost impossible. When it comes to “home”, that’s not a bad problem to have. Keep an eye on the site, this one will be listing next week...
