Some spaces just have it...
That certain je ne sais quoi.

It resonates with our soul and transforms a house into a home. This Virginia St. residence is one of those homes. There's an energy here. A tranquility. A place of grounding and an oasis. From the moment you pull up curbside and take in those handsome shake shingles and copious windows, this one's got your attention.

When our friends, Rita and Rory, purchased this Cape Cod, in was in dire need of repair, but they brought it back to life and have loved living here. Now, however, they are making it available for another family to love. We stopped by for some hors d'oeuvres and just couldn't seem to leave. There is a bit of everything for everyone here: places to commune and engage, as well as attic nooks and garden verandas for reflection or private time.

It's evident the architect's thoughtful touch to every detail...

Those dreamy dormers, the built-ins and that large, central chimney anchoring the whole house to terra firma. Add to that, this dapper number sports a four-car garage and sits squarely in one of our favorite 'hoods. It's cool upon cool. It's timeless. It's Redford...classic and composed.

A home like this one won't last. Click here to see the full listing, and scoop it up while you can.
