There are few things that please us like a historic bungalow in the 9th & 9th neighborhood with heaps of charm and a few, fantastic updates. They don't come along too often, and yet, here it is--available and yours for the taking. Located in a perfect pocket of our good city, where everything you need/want is just around the corner (ahem: Hip & Humble, Brass Smoothies, Tower Theater, Mazza, The Stockist, East Liberty Tap House, etc.), this one has you aaalllll set up to live the good life.

Naturally, we decided to stop by for some wine spritzers...

You know how we do: seeing/feeling the way in which a space actually lives is pretty important to us. And, thanks to the aforementioned updates, we can assure you that this one lives well. From the recently-remodeled kitchen that will host any ol' gathering with ease to that ample front porch for cool summer evenings and a rocking chair...this space has "easy livin'" written all over it.

Headed to the neighborhood for a movie or some gelato this weekend? Your timing is impeccable...

Swing by our open house from 2:00 to 4:00 on Saturday to see for yourself how this one feels. Click here to see the complete listing with information.
