Aahhh…what could possibly be better than porch sitting and coffee sipping on a glorious, bird chirping, sun shining, late summer morning? Nothing. Especially when you’re porch is dope as hell, and you live in a rad neighborhood like this one. It’s the kind of thing you savor until it's too cold to enjoy, then wait again for patiently throughout the winter (not to worry, though…you'd be plenty of cozy/happy inside this one). We paid a visit to our good friends on Browning Ave., and chatted a bit about their wicked-impressive remodeling skills. It's almost complete, guys…by the time the next owners walk in, this home will be ready to enjoy, no work required (aside from getting the couch in place). Brand-new mother-in-law apartment with loads of natural light included (jackpot).
