We have a special affinity for the Avenues. After all, we office here. We love its terraced streets, its collection of great restaurants (Aves Bistro on 3rd, Cucina, and Avenues Proper among them), and its proximity to the city.
Yet, the Avenues remains absolutely its own neighborhood. There’s great architecture here. Some of finest mid-centuries in the city call the Avenues home. And there’s diversity, both structural and otherwise. When our friends, Kevin and Sarah, spruced up a diamond in the rough and hired us to help sell said residence, we knew we were destined to throw a party.
The improvements made here are spot on.
From the choice in color of paint on the exterior to the handmade Moroccan tiles, everything about this renovation fires on all cylinders. We had run of the house, but there's something magical about that cozy kitchen and its connection to the pool that kept bringing us back. That's the true mark of a well-designed home: its ability to connect with the outdoors. When you add to that a recent price drop, we feel pretty certain that this casa on the hill strikes a bullseye. See for yourself at an open house this Saturday, Oct. 7, 11:00 - 2:00.
