Architecture + Design

While assuredly on the rise architecturally speaking, SLC is still, to be completely honest, a bit behind the curve when it comes to cool, modern, and urban rowhouses. Sure, they’ve become fixtures in cities like Portland and Seattle, but aside from a few notable exceptions, they’re still a bit too hard to come by in our salty city. Until now.

In just a couple months' time, cityhomeCOLLECTIVE will be presenting you 20 killer new townhomes in the very up-and-coming Ballpark neighborhood. Construction is moving along nicely, and they’re due to hit the market this September.

How's the design? We thought you'd never ask.

Hip, modern, and as utterly unique as we’ve come to expect from the folks at Axis Architects (the name behind the architecture and development for this project). Interior finishes? Very cool, thoughtfully selected, and assuredly not the kind you’ll find in every other development around town. These are impeccably designed, side-by-side rowhouses, just minutes from downtown and Sugar House—not to mention walking distance from Sweet Lake Biscuits & Limeade, The Dispensary, Fillings & Emulsions, RoHa Brewing, and the Bees Stadium (think of the fireworks!). Worried about the parking? Don’t be, because every unit here has its own two-car garage. (#hallelujah)

We’ll have more details (including pricing) for you sooner than later, but for now you can keep an eye on the project at 15main.com. And we strongly suggest you do, because this? This is gonna be good...

Contact CHC agent Paul Svendsen to get on the interest list (and ensure you're first to know the most up-to-date info).

Abundant square footage is by no means a pre-req to spatial revery. Vaulted ceilings and expansive halls have, historically, been defining features of architectural achievement--Versailles and our own capital building will tell you as much. However, when it comes to “home"...
