The best design is not about turning a home into a museum, where everything is pretty, but rigid. It's about expressing your personality and welcoming others. More than anything, great home design is about allowing you to love where you live.

My first meeting with a client is always exciting.  It's my chance to really get to know someone and what they're about.  What is your lifestyle?  What do you like to do in your spare time?  What inspires you?  As an interior designer, it's important that I start some dialogue, get you thinking, and awaken your own design senses. It's always so rewarding to see my clients find their design voice!

My goal with cityhome design [and with this blog] is to make this world a little prettier, one space at a time.
