Obviously, we love our locals. And – as we’ve mentioned before – supporting them is sort of a big deal. As it so happens, the holidays, lovely people, are a perfect time to do just that. Local businesses and artists will undoubtedly be turning out some incredible stuff, so it’s best to keep “Local First” at the tip-top of any comprehensive holiday list. Start here: the inaugural Vine Street Holiday Market will be taking place on weekends throughout December. Over 25 local vendors will gather in a historic Murray to peddle the kind of crafty, amazing goods you won’t find in any chain store. Lucky for you, many of the COLLECTIVE’s featured fave vendors will be there, including clothing by Haus of Mirth, jewelry by Ker-ij [wooo! Stacey Jo!], vintage goods from Unhinged, and plenty of other local talent.
