Our Opinion: The Muve Real Estate team seems akin to a fine wine; with each home they remodel, it gets better with time. Having honed their craft over the last 6 years, they’ve recently re-branded their team in the name of forward movement. It’s good stuff, friends. They’ve dipped their toes into the mid-mod pool, but the splash they’ve made is the work of a finely-executed cannonball. For such a solid remodel, it’s hard to believe that it’s available for under $300K. Details were given some serious attention here, which we always appreciate. Original hardwood, custom “barn doors” [leading to the largest of 2 master suites], oak accents on the front door, custom-made, ¼”-thick, steel, bomb-proof mailbox (by local Evil Twin Fabricators), — *pause for breath* — white quartz counters, and dual-vanity master sinks are among some of those delicious details. They’ve installed new water and sewer lines, a TPO roof, HVAC, and a gas line that runs to the back patio [that means you’ll never have to fill a propane tank again]. Every enticing element of this home also happens to be on one level, which we love. If further push is necessary here [it's not], this is a stellar location, too. Those on board with the “Buy Local First” movement will find themselves in close proximity to local, farm-fresh eggs and natural honey. Yet another bonus: most of the art in the home is for sale by local artist, Cary Griffiths. If you like this space, keep an eye out for more upcoming mid-mods by Muve in Holladay and Olympus Cove.
