Property Profile: 4,066 sq. ft. | 6 bed, 4 bath
Our Opinion: You may have seen this beauty floating around the interwebs elsewhere, but given that we COLLECTIVELY styled that gorgeous interior, we thought it warranted another shout. The first time we laid eyes on this fabulous Foothill home she was under construction, but it was obvious she’d make an impeccable addition to the ‘hood: responsibly designed, modern, and with plenty of space for stretching. A project that began with a classic 1950′s rambler was soon taken to the next level [in the most literal of senses]. With a completely new second story, this once-quaint abode is now equipped with all of the charm + additional room to roam. The beautiful upstairs addition features two bedrooms, one large family room (bonus: it opens up to a cantilevered patio), a gorgeous main suite (featuring a walk-in closet that’s fabulously outfitted in Poliform), with its own floating, secluded patio and slick-as-hell main bath (that tub. That shower. We die). The team that brought this all together (Dwight Yee, architect at Process Studio, and Ryan Church, Poliform SLC) certainly nixed the corner-cutting, and their efforts are greatly appreciated–and drooled-over–’round these parts. By reaching out to our COLLECTIVE staging department for help with this six bedroom, four bath beauty, Dwight and his team insured each delicious detail would pop; from the custom-made stairway banister to the fab cabinetry, this modern rebuild is far above the curve.
