'Round these parts, we have a certain appreciation for putting two seemingly-clashing concept together to make a beautiful whole: chicken 'n' waffles, real estate and design, Russell Crowe and Les Mis (it just works). Thus, Ballet West's Beer & Ballet is striking our fancy oh-so-well. The crisp taste of a craft brewski from Epic Brewing somehow pairs just perfectly with the be-pointed plies of the ballet. We gave you the full lowdown of the Spring edition of this event, and we're already gearing up for the Fall affair, which is pitch-kicking off this Saturday, October 10th. Appetizers, Epic cold ones, and a special sneak preview of Ballet West's Innovations program? A more fabulous night you'll be hard-pressed to find.
