Our Opinion: This highly-functional Draper home on Rocky Mouth Lane has some serious perks if you’re looking to call the south end of the valley ‘home’. And, even if you’re not, you may be surprised (we gave you a peek last week). The current owners disclosed that they were sold the minute they saw the main bedroom and attached bath. Bright and sunny, plenty of closet space, and that tub are quite enough to sell us, too. We also love the lofty, open living space and fantastic kitchen updates (it’s the kind of kitchen that makes prepping for the whole gang a breeze, then clean up like it never happened). And for our money, there’s little that beats back patio access right off the kitchen. A gas BBQ just steps from the kitchen counter means all your summertime gatherings will be as easy as they are breezy. Pssst…the hot tub pad is just a few more steps away, and she’s plumbed, ready, and waiting to be utilized. Maybe you’re not into hot tubbing, but you still love a good dip–no worries. The Draper pool is just a short walk away. But the tastiest slice of pie here is the view. The owners had the good sense to put a cement patio at the top of the terraced yard for prime sunset viewing (that also includes sunrises, meteor showers, and 4th of July fireworks). So you know…awe-inspiring, north-facing vistas from the Oqhuirrs to the Wasatch at any given moment. Sounds pretty good to us.
