Our Opinion: This solid craftsman is ideally located, so those who love the idea of a highly walkable living situation are in luck. However, should you need to go a touch further, 700 E is a smart way to travel, and since you’ll have a two-car garage, you can take the Pinto or the Porsche. A welcoming porch with the quintessential swing (that’s included) makes for the homiest of feelings before you’re even in the front door, but once inside, there’s no shortage of additional good vibes. Large windows for plenty of natural light, so your favorite reading nook will be well lit and toasty, but come evening time, you can leave the chair and sidle up closer to the fireplace. Built-in bookshelves, exposed plaster walls, open floor plan, roomy bedrooms, and hardwood floors all lend a sense of cozy, lived-in love.
