A High Rise for Sore Eyes

  • January 20, 2016

    List Price: Sold

    Neighborhood: University

Property Profile: 825 sq. ft. | 1 bed, 1 bath

Our Opinion: We’re gonna go ahead and kick this off with “sweeping views of the valley” because that seems like a pretty important/incredible/inconceivably-fantastic detail to note here. From the east peaks to the west benches, you’ll be gazing at everything from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors of this tidy unit on high (a.k.a. private balcony for a beer and a sunbath, come summer). The layout is equal parts light, clean, and open, which makes this place perfect for a little soiree of any kind. There are always perks to living in a high-rise like this one, including secure parking, storage, and a pool (sigh). Lucky for you, however, the list doesn’t end there. Location-wise, this condo is batting 1,000–you can add “quiet ‘hood” to those insane views. The University area is mighty close to downtown, and as far as we’re concerned, that’s a major plus. Everything you need? It’s right there. Home? It’s right here.
