Our Opinion: As far as townhouses go, this number in Taylorsville is about as thoughtfully-designed, open-concept, and meticulously maintained as we can imagine. In other words, senior living at its absolute best. All single-level (and not a hallway in sight), it’s as ideal for hosting a friendly gathering as it is well-kept. Cathedral ceilings and large picture windows make for a bright, airy feel, but should it prove too much, the home is equipped with plantation shutters throughout. French doors just off the east bedroom make way to a small deck where we think a morning cup and the sunrise will suit you just nicely. But the sunset won’t be outdone here, lending itself to perfectly-lit evenings in the main living space. Other perks throughout? Loads of storage space, high-efficiency furnace, central vacuum system, security, and a roomy, two-car garage. The basement here boasts 10 ft. ceilings, which as we all know, is an unheard of brand of magic. It’s a blank canvas down there–ready for, say, three more bedrooms, a family room, and a full bath. Location-wise, it’s seated nice and close to Jordan Landing (oooh, the shopping), as well as to I-15 and Bangerter. Add to all that the beautiful, tree-lined grounds, pool, spa, and clubhouse, and we’d say you’re set to take a vacation…right at home.
