    Our Opinion: A 50s rambler that’s undergone a complete remodel is a beautiful thing. When the remodel is executed so cleanly and results in a one-off, modernized, head turner like this…well, we assume everyone goes nuts. Completely restored hardwood floors on the main level are a perfect accompaniment to the light-bathed living/dining/kitchen areas. Bask in the rays with a book, or–if that’s not enough–light up that gas fireplace and count yourself cozy. The layout here makes for a smooth ‘n’ easy flow, which means that (like it or not), you’ll be the obvious choice to host any and all holidays/gatherings (best polish the silver). Speaking of cooking for a crew…let’s get into that kitchen. Clean, white quartz counter tops, under-cabinet LED lighting, and that backsplash (we die) will make the preparation of your turducken-for-ten downright delightful. Looking to have a few overnight guests? Shouldn’t be a problem…lay out some fresh towels and let the lovely basement handle it (that bathroom…drool). It’s starting to get chilly out, but never you mind…come warm weather, you’ve got breezy access to a roomy back yard, complete with patio, new sprinkling system, and separate (but very close) garage for no less than two cars of your choosing.
