Our Opinion: Get a load o’ this number. Investment not far from home and in a city that recently got some pret-ty high marks by Sunset Magazine. The highest occupancy rate (doesn’t get better than 100%), and never wanting for reliable renters sounds pretty good. Some intricate brick work to stop, then charm those passing by, but the inside of this one is every bit as likable as the exterior. Yes, please to those gorgeous hardwood floors and the craftsman wood trim, and we’ll tip our hat to the accompanying built-ins and beautiful wood-trimmed windows, as well. The views from said windows will serve as a welcome reminder that those mountains are well within your reach–being just blocks from the trails and all, outdoor enthusiasts will have the option of a hike or a pedal up Waterfall Canyon (does the soul good, y’know?).
