    Our Opinion: We’ve found yet another gem out yonder in South Valley [truth: said gem found us], and we’re pretty smitten. Our friends, Tom and Tracy, have owned their custom-built for well over a decade. In fact, they’ve been the only souls to have called this house “home.” They’ve cared for it, raised a family in it, and the space has seen its fair share of parties, for certain. Built in 2003 on one third of an acre of Draper soil, this stunner is boasting puh-lenty of square footage for all your people, your furniture, and your comfortable mixture of both. Plenty of room to breathe in this one, and every square inch inside has been put to good use. The bedrooms are spacious, and the main floor sports an executive home office. The kitchen is equal parts functional and friendly, and we think you’ll find Thanksgiving dinner to be a breeze in here. The sliders just between there and the dining table make for perfect backyard patio access, and we assume you and your guests will want to spend plenty of time out there.
