Our Opinion: This home was bought buy our client [and friend] Cedric Lascoste-Palasset and family. This baby’s got ten layers; all single-room floors that circle brilliantly up a center stair case. While it may not be for the everyday family, it was a dandy find for a designer/hand-crafter from France. Cedric fell in love with the space, and he’s currently working on a bit of remodeling, having already updated the roof and replaced the weathered insulation. Next up: exterior cosmetics. Plans include extending the garage, and daydreams of building a shop underneath will soon give way to action.
